About the Artist
Murat Misakov is a surrealist. He was born in Nalchik, the Capital of Kabardino-Balkar Republic (KBR). Murat studied in Karachaevo-Cherkessky State University, Graphic arts Department from 1979 to 1984. The artist is a Member of the Russian Artists' Union from 2005. Since 1984 he has been working in the KBR theaters as an art director. Murat Misakov takes part in national, zonal and foreign exhibitions. He uses the allegory of "Nart sagas" and creates his own inimitable world.
